Susan and David Wu (the pharmacists) are so caring and dedicated to making sure they have gotten you the most cost effective option. They ensure that you have exactly what you need and exactly how to take it. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Wow...this is the absolutely best pharmacy. They are over the top knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, accommodating. I can't say enough good things about them....they are WONDERFUL!!

By far the best pharmacy I have ever used. I honestly recommend them to everyone! These people treat you like a person! I have never had even one pharmacy ever where I felt they go out of the way for me, I always get a feeling like annoyance or aggravation at any chain pharmacy. I have many health problems, this pharmacy has blister packed my many daily meds so that I can make sure I’ve taken my medication without worrying about the many bottles. THEY HAVE A DELIVERY SERVICE!!! It’s not like ordering a pizza, you need to call ahead of time to schedule delivery. This is priceless when you’re handicapped and some days are too difficult to get out. I wish I could give more stars! Try them and see for yourself! The store is beautiful as well! Many harder to find items like aromatherapy oils but also a few $1 items like paper towels and dish soap. I guarantee if you give this pharmacy a chance, you’ll never see the inside of a cvs or rite aid again, I certainly haven’t!!!

Simply the best. Staff and pharmacists are knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Made transitioning all my prescriptions hassle-free, and with automatic refills and text reminders.....they really go above and beyond to make my life easier. The owners truly care about thier customers and have made every effort to simplify the entire process. I highly recommend taking a look at Simply Pharmacy for your health, wellness and medication needs.

Simply Pharmacy is the perfect independent pharmacy. No lines or waiting like big drugstores. I love the drive thru as well. Easy in and out without the hassle. The team is helpful, knowledgeable, and always friendly to me.

This is the absolute best pharmacy that I've ever dealt with. The staff are very courteous and friendly, (they make you feel like a person, not just another customer!), and even the owners are very hands-on with the quality of service you receive. They can do blister packs for those with a ton of prescriptions, they have a wonderful auto-refill service (They actually remind /me/, when its time to refill!), they have a delivery service to most towns in New London county, and I can even have them make all of my bottles easy open! I cannot say enough good things about this place! 😊

The best of the best, Simply Pharmacy treats you as an actual person unlike some corporate pharmacies.. Grateful to have Simply Pharmacy in our area. Dave and his team are beyond excellent. When diagnosed with a chronic condition instead of me stressing about medications his team made me feel at ease.

The best pharmacy! Dave is amazing!!! They go above and beyond to give you a sense of being listened to and heard. They always remember my name! You definitely don’t get service like this at a pharmacy chain. I recommend them to everyone !
